Women's Tennis Falls in Neutral Site Match 7-2 to Augusta State

AIKEN, S.C. - The Pfeiffer University women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision against Augusta State on Sunday afternoon. The two teams played a neutral site match at USC-Aiken. The Lady Falcons now stand at 2-4 on the year.
In singles, Alena Krutkina and Chelsi Haefele secured the only two points of the afternoon for Pfeiffer. Krutkina won at the #1 spot 7-6 (7-3), 6-3 while Haefele was up 2-1 in the first set winning by ASU retiring. A full box score is available up above.
