Coach Easley Named "Player of the Match" Against Team USA; Competes in First Tournament with Haudenosaunee National Team

MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Pfeiffer University's Dawn Easley, Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse, participated in last weekend's North American Challenge in Oshawa, Ontario as a member of the Haudenosaunee National Team. In the Friday match against Team USA, Easley was named the "Player of the Match" for Haudenosaunee by shutting down one of the best players in the country.

Haudenosaunee fell in each of its three matches against Team USA, Canada Red and Canada White. Easley will continue to practice, prepare and play with the Haudenosaunee National Team through next summer's 2013 World Cup back in Oshawa.
