We now have all of our Medical Clearance Documents available online. These documents are available to download, print out and fill out. The First Agency Athletic Insurance policy procedure guide and Banned Substances list are available to reference. All other documents must be submitted to the Athletic Training Staff prior to participation in the student-athlete's chosen sport.
