JACINTHO AND BULMER LEAD MEN'S GOLF TO FOURTH PLACE FINISH AT 2012 CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT

VASS, N.C. - The Pfeiffer University men's golf team wrapped up the 2012 Conference Carolinas tournament moving up to fourth after Tuesday's final round at the Maples Golf Club. The Falcons finished 13 shots back of Coker who won the tournament by one shot over Barton.

Luiz Jacintho and Troy Bulmer each concluded inside the top-10 with 226 finishes as Bulmer posted a final round one-under 71 while Jacintho posted a 77. Tyson Louth also carded a final round 77 to finish third on the team, T-24 overall at 231. Michael Blair and Cameron Fields rounded out team play with a three-day total of 233.

Adam Black of North Greenville won medalist honors firing a three-day round of 217 but his NGU teammates blew up over the tournament to finish ninth out of 10 teams.
