Stallard, who graduated with a 3.6 grade point average, was named the programs Most Improved Player in 2011 and was selected as the Defensive MVP in 2012 and 2013. In her senior year, she led Butler to a 23-9 record and scored 16 points in a 59-47 Regional Championship victory over Mercy.
Stallard played her AAU ball for the Louisville Sting, Louisville Select, and Louisville Focus team’s as well as the Central Kentucky Angels.
“I am very excited to have Alexis as my first recruit and to add her to the Falcon basketball family,” said Dow. “First and foremost, I am impressed with her successful career at Butler, both on and off the court. Hand in hand with that success, are her length, athleticism, competitive instincts, and versatility. She will impact our team immediately on both ends of the floor.”
