Banner Elk, NC---The Pfeiffer women's tennis team defeated Lees-McRae 6-3 in a critical Conference Carolinas match-up Saturday afternoon. Pfeiffer improves to 10-4 overall and 3-2 in the conference. Lees-McRae drops to 7-9 and 3-4.

Pfeiffer grabbed 2 of the 3 doubles matches to take an early lead.

The Falcons continued their strong play and won 5 of 6 single matches.

Pfeiffer will travel to Queens on Tuesday for a 3:00 pm match.
