pitre.jpgOrlando, FL---The Pfeiffer men's golf team finished 12th at the Orange County Invitational after shooting a score of 586. Pfieiffer stood ninth after a first round 291 and followed up with a 295 on day two.

Louis Pitre led Pfeiffer with a thirth-fifth place finish after shooting a 146 total. Mike Joy and Paker Robertson both shot a 147 to finish in a tie for forty-fourth.

Coach Turner said, "We are very pleased with our performance this week. It will possibly be the best field we play against this year. Our results show that we can compete with the top teams in Division II."
