Dr. Allen G. Snook Jr, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Director of Sports Medicine, and Director of the Falcon Club, is beginning his 12th year at Pfeiffer University after joining in January 2003. After a short time in the department, he was named Director of Sports Medicine in August 2003. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from Bloomsburg University of PA, and directly followed with his M.S. in Psychology from Shippensburg University of PA in December 2002, and a Doctor of Health Sciences from A.T. Still University in March of 2012.
Allen currently serves as a Senior Associate Athletic Director responsible for Men’s and Women's Lacrosse, Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Volleyball teams. He also coordinates the scheduling and transportation needs of the athletic department and the fundraising efforts of the department. Finally the transportation, scheduling, strength and conditioning and athletic training departments report to him as well. Allen has athletic training responsibilities with the baseball program and fills in with other teams as needed. Allen resides in Salisbury, NC with his wife Dawn, daughter Lily and son William.
Brandon Johnson joined the Falcons in August of 2010, and he was named the Head Athletic Trainer in June 2013. He completed his B.S. in Athletic Training from Western Carolina University, and obtained his Master’s degree in Health Administration from Pfeiffer University in August 2013. In 2014-15, Johnson will be primarily working with women’s soccer, men’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse. Brandon lives in Misenheimer, NC with his wife Tiffany.
Jasmine Honey is beginning her fourth year at Pfeiffer and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in the Spring of 2014. She also serves an Assistant Athletic Trainer, handling women's lacrosse and men's and women's golf .
Her athletic training background includes earning her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Bridgewater College, VA. From there, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Health Promotion from Northwestern State University, LA, where she also worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the softball and football teams.
Bobby Sager is beginning his first year at Pfeiffer as an Assistant Athletic Trainer this Fall. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Performance and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Montana State University. Bobby will be the Athletic Trainer for men’s soccer, women’s basketball, and softball.
Joanna Mannon is entering her second year as the Graduate Assistant for the Athletic Training department. Joanna graduated from Limestone College with a B.S degree in Athletic Training with a minor in biology in May of 2013. Joanna is obtaining her Masters of Health Administration degree from Pfeiffer University. Joanna will be the Athletic Trainer for the Women's Volleyball team, Swimming, Men's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Tennis.
Dan Heinbaugh enters his first year at Pfeiffer as a graduate assistant. Dan graduated from West Virginia University and handles the Cross Country, Track and Field and Baseball teams at Pfeiffer.
