After a storied high school career at Western Alamance High School (NC), AJ Clark will begin his first season with the Pfeiffer men’s basketball team. He was selected as the 2011-2012 Mid State 3A Conference Player of the Year, as well as to the All-State Team, All-Area Team, and All-Region Team. Additionally, he was a 2012 nominee for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award. Against Graham High School, Clark exploded for 27 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists in leading his team to a win. In his senior campaign, he averaged 23.5 points and 5.5 assists per game. Not only was AJ stellar on the court, He excelled in the classroom as well, maintaining a 3.5 GPA and earning induction to the National Society of High School Scholars and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
