GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The Pfeiffer baseball team (4-3) got over the .500 mark with a 13-8 victory at Greensboro (2-2) on Tuesday afternoon. The Falcons pounded out 16 hits on the day and scored six times over the final two innings to come away with the win.
Laurinburg, N.C. – The Pfeiffer baseball team (3-3) earned a 6-5 win against Cumberland and an 8-3 victory against St. Andrews on Saturday to complete a 3-1 weekend on the campus of St. Andrews University.

Upcoming rain in the forecast has forced the Pfeiffer baseball team to cancel their four-game weekend series that was scheduled to take place at Joe Ferebee Field against Indiana-South Bend. The Falcons were scheduled for four games against IUSB but the weather forced a change in plans.
The Pfeiffer baseball team opened up its season with a double-header in Gaffney, SC, as they took on the Limestone Saints and the Carson-Newman Eagles. The Falcons dropped both games on the day, but also had plenty bright spots to open up the new campaign.

It was also the second straight year Pfeiffer entered as the No. 6 seed and knocked off the league’s top seed in game one.

In game two, Pfeiffer fought back from seven runs down in the top of the seventh to take a short lived 11-9 lead but North Greenville were eventually victorious, 12-11.
TIGERVILLE, S.C. - In a game that saw 29 hits between two teams, the Pfeiffer Falcons (19-20, 9-13 CC) came up on the short end as they fell 10-5 to the North Greenville Crusaders (32-12, 15-7 CC) on Friday afternoon in a late season Conference Carolinas match-up.

Left-hander Drew Wilson earned his third win of the season, tossing six innings and scattering five hits and one run while striking out seven batters. Xavier Rodriguez claimed his fourth save of the year.
MISENHEIMER, N.C. - The Pfeiffer baseball team (17-18) continued their hot stretch with an 8-5 victory over Lenoir-Rhyne on Tuesday evening. Jordan Eckard hit a two run bomb in the first inning and Gauge Gantt broke a 5-5 tie with an RBI single in the 7th inning.
After sweeping Barton in Saturday’s doubleheader, Pfeiffer (16-18, 7-11 CC) was looking to take sole possession of sixth place in Conference Carolinas but the Falcons dropped the rubber game on Sunday afternoon to the Bulldogs (22-15, 7-11), 2-1. Falcon starter Nick Richmond went five innings, giving up no runs, scattering four hits.
The Pfeiffer Falcons (16-17, 7-10 CC) were able to pull off a Saturday sweep of the Barton Bulldogs (21-15, 6-11 CC). Pfeiffer’s Jordan Eckard went 6-for-10 with a homer in the two games as he for three RBI.
The Pfeiffer Falcons (14-17) bats put up nine runs on Lenoir-Rhyne Bears' (18-13) starter Austin Hancock as they went on to win 14-4 on Tuesday night in non-conference action. Xavier Rodriguez went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two walks.
