The rosters were announced for the 77th Annual USILA/Nike North-South Senior All-Star games and Pfeiffer’s Blade Garlow was selected to compete for the Division III South team. The All-Star game will be played at Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium on the campus of Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island on Friday, May 25 at 5:30 p.m.
DANBURY, CONN. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2018 Division III Men’s Lacrosse major award winners and All-ECAC selections this morning. Pfeiffer’s Blade Garlow and Jared Nelson were named Second Team All-ECAC and Honorable Mention All-ECAC respectively.
MISENHEIMER, N.C. -- Dwayne Davis' record of 62 goals in a season had stood since 1992 but senior Blade Garlow put his own name atop the record book with a 9-goal outburst in Pfeiffer's (10-3) 23-13 win on Senior Night over Brevard (9-3). Garlow needed just five goals to break the record but shattered by tying his career high with nine tallies to give him 67 for the year.

FERRUM, VA. – Blade Garlow became the eighth player in program history to score 100 goals as the Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team (8-3) held on to beat Ferrum (5-10) by a final score of 14-13 on Saturday afternoon. The win is Pfeiffer’s fifth in a row and comes in the team’s final road game of the season.

The Hawks entered play with a perfect record in conference play but the Falcons would prevail and remain unbeaten against USA South opponents.
RALEIGH, N.C. – The Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team (6-3) had little trouble dispatching William Peace (3-7) as the Falcons came away with a 20-7 victory on Wednesday evening. Five different players netted a hat trick for the Falcons who entered as one of the most efficient offenses in the nation and posted their third 20-goal output of the season.
DEMOREST, GA. – The Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team (4-3) moved a game over .500 with a 10-8 road victory at Piedmont (4-4) on Saturday afternoon. The Falcons never trailed in the contest and got four goals from senior Blade Garlow in the win.
MISENHEIMER, N.C. – Sophomore Jared Nelson broke the single-game assist record with 10 helpers and also topped 100 career points as the Falcons (3-2) drubbed Averett (0-4) by a final score of 25-4 on Saturday afternoon. John Allen added eight goals for the Falcons and Blade Garlow tallied seven goals and four assists.

Lefko Field. Blade Garlow scored a game-high and career-high nine goals and Jared Nelson dished out eight assists for the Falcons who came up just short in the end.
FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – The Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team (1-0) opened up the 2018 campaign with a dominating 17-5 win over familiar foe Emmanuel (0-1) on Saturday afternoon. In the victory, Blade Garlow topped 100 career points as the senior notched seven goals and two assists.

Head Coach Scott Nelson’s squad will embark on their inaugural season as members of the USA South Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III where Nelson previously won a National Championship at Nazareth College.
