SAVANNAH, GA – The Pfeiffer men's lacrosse team (2-2) dropped the second leg of its weekend in Savannah with a 19-5 defeat at the hands of Berry (3-2) on Sunday afternoon.
After Blade Garlow scored the game's first goal, the Vikings offense clicked into gear. Berry would go on to score the next 12 goals in the game to seize control.
Nine different players scored for Berry led by three apiece from Chris Berchock and Thomas Brennan.
The Vikings held a 35-11 advantage in ground balls and went 4-for-5 with the man advantage.
10 penalties were called in the opening quarter but none the rest of the way. The Falcons were held without a goal on five man-advantage attempts.
Pfeiffer will return to action on Saturday when they host Averett at 3 p.m.
