MISENHEIMER, N.C. -- It was a senior day to remember as the Pfeiffer men's soccer team earned a 4-0 victory over Huntingdon. In Pfeiffer's final home game of the 2017 season, the Falcons capped off a great weekend with their second shutout in as many days. It was Pfeiffer's eighth win of the year, improving their record to 8-6-1.

The first half was a back and forth battle until the 19th minute, when freshman Caleb Bratager scored off a deflection to put the Falcons ahead 1-0. Bratager's first half goal was his team-leading ninth goal of the season. The second goal of the half came from sophomore Chris Brown on an assist from Jaime Henriquez.

Pfeiffer came out in the second half on the attack again, as Caz Dabrowski put the ball in the back of the net for his fourth goal of the campaign. The final Falcon goal came from freshman Angelo Fontanazza in the 72nd minute to cap off the 4-0 shutout.

Senior Tomas Correa got the win in his final game at N.E. Lefko Field. Correa added three saves for the game, pushing his season total to 55.

Pfeiffer's final two games of the season come this week against Brevard on Wednesday night and Milligan on Saturday night.
