O'Friel tied the program record with nine goals and needed just 10 shots to achieve that feat. O'Friel added nine ground balls, six caused turnovers and five draw controls in the dominating performance.
Misenheimer, NC - Pfeiffer fell to Meredith College 17-5 this afternoon. The Angels came out strong taking a 7-0 lead going into halftime. Turnovers plagued the team throughout the game and placed a lot of pressure on Junior Goal Keeper Sam Hanlon and the Falcon defense. Hanlon was able to post several great saves throughout the afternoon and 10 of her 13 saves took place in the first half as Meredith placed 25 shots on goal.
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Meagan Bourque exploded for a career-high eight goals as the Pfeiffer women's lacrosse team (1-0) began the DIII era with a dominating 19-6 victory at Greensboro (0-2) on Saturday afternoon. Bourque's previous high of five goals was topped when the sophomore scored six times in the first period, including three consecutive goals in a 3-minute span.

MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Former women’s lacrosse standout and 2014 First Team All-American Katherine Athens has been hired as an assistant coach at Saint Francis, the program announced on Friday. Athens is Pfeiffer’s all-time leader in ground balls, caused turnovers and draw controls and earned back-to-back Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2013 and 2014.

Flaherty has plenty of knowledge of the Falcons as she joins the Pfeiffer family after six years as head coach at Conference Carolinas opponent Belmont Abbey College.
MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Pfeiffer University athletics has announced the resignation of former women’s lacrosse head coach Chandler Borrosh. Borrosh guided the Falcons for two seasons before stepping down to pursue a career in the medical field.
